We at YardéGraph appreciate your business and look forward to helping you celebrate you or your loved one’s special day! Please remember the following when booking with us:

Daily Rental Agreement

– Payment is required to save the date and confirm your booking.
– Yard signs are to be kept in place once set up and not to be moved.
– If you are booking for a location that is not your home, please inform someone in that residence or business that YardéGraph will be setting up and returning within 24 hours to pick up.
– Damaged or lost signs may be charged to the customer.
– During summer months, please water your yard at least 24 hours in advance to soften the ground.
– For your safety, we ask that no one run/play around the signs. We are not responsible for any injuries that occur from our signs.
– We are not responsible for any damage to your property.
– Please help us share in the celebration by taking pictures and tagging us in your post on Facebook (Yardegraph) and Instagram (@yardegraph).
– And most importantly, enjoy your YardéGraph message and share it with your friends!

Cancellation/Refund Policy

– Full refund with 96 hour cancellation notice.
– 50% refund with 72 hour cancellation notice.
– 25% refund with 48 hour cancellation notice.
– Full credit for an available future booking with 24 hour cancellation notice.
– In the event of inclement weather, YardéGraph reserves the right to reschedule your message or offer a full refund.

Privacy Policy

YardéGraph is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, phone, this website or other direct contact with you. We will not rent or sell this information to any 3rd parties. Unless you tell us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new services or changes to this privacy policy.
